Our hotels are committed to an external and independent certification process which certifies that our hotels meet a number of sustainable hotel criteria. These certifications, such as Green Key or Green Globe, are some of the most demanding and widely recognised standards on the market. In order to be awarded this certification, hotels must comply with a comprehensive set of specifications covering, in particular

• Sustainable management: implementation of a sustainable management system and a continuous improvement plan to progress towards an increasingly sustainable stay.
• Environmental concerns: reducing waste and eliminating single-use plastic from the customer experience.
• Social and economic concerns: active support for local development initiatives and participation in community life.
• Cultural heritage: helping to protect local heritage.

Book (contract & T&Cs signed and sent) a MICE Event (Professional Group, meeting, seminar, convention…) within the 10 days period after receiving official offer detail per e-mail by hotel or sales representative, not earlier nor later, between the period of 1st till 31st October 2025, with staying dates included between 1st October 2025 till 31st December 2025.

Complete their event between 1st October 2025 till 31st December 2025, at a participating hotel or venue

Provide their ALL Accor loyalty card number when booking their event and signing their contract with the hotel or venue

This offer is valid, subject to availability, for any MICE Event Staying from 1st October 2025 to 31st December 2025 inclusive in one of the participating hotels and booked within 10 days after receiving official e-mail from hotel or sales representative, and no later than 31st October 2025 23:59 Paris time (UTC+1).

This offer is valid for all new MICE Event group (contract and T&C signed) of a minimum of 10 000€ excluding taxes revenue & outsourced services. The signed contract & T&Cs has to be sent to the concerned hotel or Accor account manager before end of promotion period.

Reward points will be credited to the member’s account within 60 days after the event, subject to full payment being received by the hosting hotel or venue
